Nancy McNutt: Dental Consultant and LecturerNancy McNutt has been an active member of the dental community since 1978. Her many roles in the dental offices over the years have included management, Treatment Coordinator, Recare Facilitator, Collections Expert and Marketing Coordinator. Nancy's main area of expertise is assisting practices to make the transition from assignment to fee for service. Using her exceptional communication skills, Nancy empowers dental practices to effectively collect for what they produce. Nancy's friendly yet professional method of organizing financial systems has made her one Canada's top collections experts. Nancy, who has received her N.C.C.P. Level II coaching certification, has lectured across Canada as a speaker and instructor with the ADEI. She has also lectured internationally to dental professionals in the USA and the Caribbean. Nancy is the author of many practice articles and is co-author of, "The Right Words are Worth a Thousand Smiles: Survival Handbook of Dental Quotes" a communications books for dental professionals released in May 2006.
