Letter to our clients & friends

Happy new year to our friends and clients! It's the time of resolutions and of setting new goals to help us prosper and grow. At the ADEI, our goal this year is to help you build a profitable practice and enhance your patient services. We have new consulting programs, new products and new seminars to help you and your dental team achieve measurable success.
We have a couple of fantastic new programs for 2009, including Anita Jupp's timely "Beat the Economic Crunch - Get Your Practice in Shape!" This program was designed exclusively to help practices flourish and grow in today's complex economic market. Our other new program is, "The Wave, Get Ready to Surf: Guidelines for Building a Great Hygiene Department." This program is designed for dental hygienists and dental teams and provides comprehensive information about perio and hygiene programs as well as communication tips to help keep your hygiene patients in the practice and on top of their oral health.
We hope to see some of you on one of our Dental Cruises in 2009! We'll be in the Caribbean in March 2009 and in the Mediterranean in September 2009. Bring your team and join us for a week of learning and fun.

I must admit that I'm somewhat amazed with the panic shown toward independent hygiene clinics. Whenever something new and different comes along in our small dental world, there is fear - fear of change and fear of how the new change will affect our business. Throughout the history of dentistry there has been change and those changes will continue. We need to embrace the changes and acknowledge that if we have our house in order - a practice up to impeccable standards - our patients will be happy and well cared for
The questions we need to ask are: Do we have impeccable systems in place? In our hygiene department, does our hygiene team practice consistency, communication and care?
