Our last eTips listed some ideas for setting goals for the new year. I hope that you've all done that or are at least thinking about it!
Here are some meeting suggestions to help you along:
- Set your goals down on paper with your team
- Assign responsibility to team members who will be accountable for following through with the new project
- Who will make this happen? Support person?
- How will they do it?
- What is the deadline date for completion? Time required?
- Obstacles, if any?
- Document your goal meeting for later referral
- Meet regularly (once per month) to assess the status of your goals and re-adjust if necessary.
