- Hold regular team meetings and encourage ideas from team members.
- Have one-on-one meetings with the team for training, ideas and motivation.
- Be enthusiastic and committed yourself. Leaders lead by example and an enthusiastic leader will have a motivated team.
- Give recognition and appreciation for a job well done.
- Always have defined duties for your team so that they are aware of their responsibilities and are accountable for them.
- Delegate duties to trained team members. More challenge for team members means more self confidence. More self confidence promotes productivity and a positive attitude.
